About this event
Justice EmpowerED, an initiative of Action4Equity, provides free legal advice and representation for students in public schools in Forsyth and Guilford Counties to support students and families navigating discipline, special education, discrimination, bullying, and enrollment barriers, while collaborating with partners to address the root causes of educational inequity and drive lasting systemic change. Justice EmpowerED defends the right of every student to learn and belong by providing legal advocacy, education rights training, and community-centered policy work. Information sessions will be held at the Habitat Forsyth Campus on October 28 and November 10.
Both sessions run from 6pm to 7:30pm. Light snacks will be available. Please register to attend here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSek3B3RTrbGSVCS3v0dF2smTE2k0UKy6cq6-BONrp0vFpnpHw/viewform
