Brouwerij DuBois

Brouwerij DuBois is a brewery located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where the foundation of their existence is the belief that beer brings folks together, encourages camaraderie, and fosters creativity. They curate a draft list with something for everyone and a bottle menu that will push guests to try new things. The brewery is currently under construction, but they own most of the necessary equipment and are progressing, albeit slower than expected. They plan to brew their own beers, showcasing farmhouse ales and traditions, and will announce updates on their social media channels. The taproom at Brouwerij DuBois is designed to feel like grandma's house in the country, with mismatched furniture and decorations accumulated over the years. They offer twelve draft beer options, a robust wine menu, domestics and imports, canned seltzers, and numerous non-alcoholic beverages, making it a welcoming spot for all. Brouwerij DuBois sees itself as a community resource, a place for families, neighbors, friends, and strangers to gather for fellowship and conversation. They are kid-friendly, dog-friendly, and host various events, including craft events, intellectual puzzles, retro video game nights, original live music, and seasonal celebrations. The taproom is open six days a week, and they work hard to provide a food truck option for each day. They also have two televisions for watching sports events, but they prioritize cultivating engagement and conversation among guests.
