VYB Studio

About VYB Studio

VYB Studio is a space built for turning inward, where individuals can gather their attention and listen beneath the noise through immersive sound, breath, meditation, and intentional movement.

The studio is designed to be small, with intentionally kept small sessions, allowing for a personal and hands-on approach, where the instructors can learn the students' names and get to know them over time.

The studio itself has a unique environment, with dark walls and ceilings, low light, and an intentionally immersive atmosphere, helping to strip away visual noise and allowing individuals to close their eyes, settle in, and listen.

After practice, students can stay for a few minutes to have some tea, say hello to someone they haven't met yet, and let themselves land before heading back into their day, with tea often chosen or blended by Allie with the season in mind, drawing inspiration from Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.

VYB Studio offers various classes and experiences, including immersive Sound Meditations, high-energy Power Yoga classes, and Dao Yin dynamic mobility stretching with myofascial release, all designed to help individuals turn their attention inward and experience sound differently.
